Our boxes ship at the carrier rate based on your provided location. We do our best to ensure every box reaches you in perfect condition. All seasonal Elf Made Easy boxes ship in non-descript boxes so there’s not even a small chance the surprise could be ruined by unexpected recipients!

Order cancellations are allowed only when you contact hello@elfmadeeasy.com within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours the order cancellation policy falls in line with our return policy above.
